Returns and Exchanges
1. The user shall not be able to change to another product, change specifications, cancel, or return or exchange products for the user's convenience after the conclusion of the sales contract for all orders.
2. The user shall check for damage without delay after receiving the merchandise.
3. In the unlikely event of damage to the merchandise or defects in the merchandise.In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged, defective, or the wrong item is found, the User shall notify LEFRI of the details within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. In this case, the User shall keep the merchandise in the original packaging in which it was delivered. If LEFRI determines that the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item, LEFRI will repair or replace the product with a new one at its own expense. However, if LEFRI is unable to replace or repair a product that is sold out, discontinued, or limited edition, LEFRI will refund the purchase price of the product.
4.In the event that the User returns, refunds, or exchanges merchandise for reasons attributable to the User after the order has been confirmed (size does not fit, wrong order, image is different, long-term absence or refusal to receive merchandise, or other circumstances of the User), LEFRI shall not be responsible for any costs incurred. The Company will not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges of products, etc., or cancellations of orders, changes in order details (including color and size exchanges, etc.), or one-sided returns of products, etc., after the order has been confirmed.
5.In the case of returns or exchanges for the customer's convenience, the customer shall bear the shipping costs for returning the product to the Company.
6. please note that we may refuse future orders in the event of repeated returns.
